RBC- Negative Epithelial Cells- Moderate
then on the other findings were RENAL EPITHELIAL CELLS: RARE

pus cells 25 means it's an infection, no rbc that's good and epithelial cells are either due to infection or renal stones. your urine analysis means you have uti
