Hi,
The report suggests presence of stone in the
kidney. It suggest presence of two stones in right in the upper part and one in the middle part. There is also presence of two stones within the left kidney in the middle part.
Also on the left side, there is a 1.5cm
cyst in the middle part away from the site of origin of pelvicalyceal system or
ureter.
Also on the left side pelvicalyceal system appears to be moderate dilated and with inflammatory changes. (A stone might have recently passed leading to inflammation.)
There is no stone in the ureter and all stones are in the kidney.
You need to discuss with your
urologist and also look at the type of stones to avoid risk factors.
Renal function tests can be done to evaluate the amount of damage.
For stone removal, you need to discuss with your urologist of invasive/non-invasive methods.
