Welcome to health care magic.

1.The report suggest the gestation corresponding to 13 weeks 2 days.
2.No gross foetal anomalies notes at this point of time - need anomaly scan at 18 - 22 weeks time for better evaluation.
3.Early diastolic notch in the uterine artery suggest the maternal cause - possibly due to the increased blood pressure.
4.At this point main thing you have to do is control the blood pressure. And get the anomaly done in correct time.
5.Normal delivery or section depends on the patient condition in last weeks and foetus lie, weight - for that no precautions can be taken.

Good luck.
Hope i have answered your query,
