BOTH OVARIES ARE NORMAL WITH FEW SMALL FOLLICLES NOTED NO FLUID IN THE CUL DE SAC NO ADNEXAL MASS SEEN NO SONOLOGIC EVIDENCE OF INTRA NOR EXTRAUTERINE PREGNANCY SEEN AT THE TIME SCAN .
Hi, It is a normal sonography report. Retroversion is the position of the body of the uterus. While anteversion or suspension of the uterus toward the bladder is the commonest presentation, retroversion or the reverse position, is seen in a quarter of women and is also normal. The significance of this position lies in the relatively lesser fertility rates associated with this condition as the reverse position causes a tough time for the sperms to ascend into the uterus. Simple measures can counter this effect. Hope this helps.
