What Does Tubular Cystic Globular In Tibial Plateau Mean ?

50 yr F mri shows that I have a 4cm tubular cystic in the proximal tibial plateau, 1 cm thickness. May represent an intraosseous ganglion.with cystic change and mild marrow edema along the dorsolatmedial aspect of the patella. any one know what all this means?

Ther is a space occupying lesion in your leg bone due to growth of nerve and other tissues in your bone tissue.you may need a biopsy or surgery for confirming diagnosis and treatment.you have not memtioned your symptoms.if pain swelling or fever occurs visit your ortho surgeon.
