Hello, I am a 53 year old female. A couple of years ago my toes begin to feel not right , like I had a wad of cotton in between toes and ball of foot. Now my toes can sometimes be sensitive to touch (like the sheets on top at night) and they seem to be tingling or numb most all the time. Exercise makes the edge of ball of foot and toes swell. I have never been diagnosed with diabetes and my doctor says I have good circulation, she determined that by putting a stethiscope on side of my ankle. Doctor has always told me I need to loose weight and past 2 years said I could be pre-diabetic but not conclusive. Diagnosed conditions are Alopecia (35yrs), Psoriasis-mild (5 yrs), obese (20+yrs), ringing in ears (3-4 yrs). Otherwise healthy, active. Always worked on my feet in food service industry, management but 4 years ago began working a desk job sitting all day. Have changed diet decreasing bread, sugar, starches; virtually cut out processed junk food; eating more meat and vegetables and fruit - started this January 8 and have lost 15 lbs since then. Am using Outback pain relief for discomfort in toes, feet and right hand. Also use right hand on office equipment repetitive motion as am in accounting: calculator, typing, computer mouse. Looking for resolution for tingling toes, ringing in the ears and right hand sometimes swollen/discomfort when I wake up. Thanks Dtate
