Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here are my thoughts.

It is a good news that the cardiac evaluation is normal in spite you are taking medications for hypertension.
Pressure in chest can be due to the following reasons:
Muscular pains or inflammation.
Costochondritis which is more related to stress and anxiety.
Some lung problems like asthma.
Proper clinical examination helps a lot in getting a proper diagnosis and thus helps in management.
As for the tingling in face this can be due to some neurological problem and thus can be well diagnosed by clinical evaluation by a Neurologist.
Also observe the factors that instigate or enhance this as this can be a part of Trigeminal neuralgia.
Get an MRI for Trigeminal nerve.
Get blood pressure checked as vascular loop around the nerve can cause such sensation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. T Chandrakant
