What Does Tight Sensation Across The Neck Indicate?

I had a facelift 20 months ago and I feel like some thing is wrapped around my ears and pulling on them, tightness that goes across my neck. I can get some relief if I tie a scarf on my head and pull my ears back. It is constant. Should I see a specialist? My surgeon has no idea how to help me. I have been seeing him every 3 to 6 months with no relief

It is something to do with your face lift surgery please contact the doctor who performed facelift surgery as he is better qualified to deal with such issues which may appear after procedure.
