What Does This Widal Test Report Indicate?

I have been having slite pains in my right hand and general weakness after a little work so I did a widal test and got the result below: samonella typhi o 1.80 h1.160 s written in red ink .paratyphiA- O 1.20 in black ink H 1.80 in red ink. S paratyphi B:o 1.40 in black ink and H 1.20 in black ink. S paratyphi C - o 1.80 in red inks and H 1.80 also in redinks kindly help me interprete the result. and recommen d drugs am not used to injections thanks..

Thanks for asking.
Based on your clinical history and query, my opinion is as follows:
1. 1:160 of H antigen indicates you are positive for salmonella typhi infection.
2. You can followup after few days for rising titre.
3. Treatment is necessary. Discuss with your doctor regarding medication with ofloxacin group of antibiotics.
