What Does This Uterus Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Hi can you help me understand my gynecologic report...please. My cervix with 2.9 * 2.5 CMS report is long and closed, uterus with 4.1*4.02*3.4 is anteverted with no myometrial lesions, endometrium with 0.31CM is thin and isoechoec, Right ovary with 3.2*2.7 CMS is normal in size and echotexture, left ovary with 2.9*2.5 CMS is normal in size and echotexture and no masses in adnexae, others is .. there is no masses in the cul de sac. And the final impression given are 1. Normal sized anteverted uterus. 2. Thin Endometrium 3. Normal ovaries.
