Hello sir My friend is facing the problem of lump in her uterus. Report shows that.. Hypo to isoechoic lesion along anterior & left lateral wall of lower part of body of uterus & cervix? Fibroid? Mitotic etiology I have already consulted with doctor and he suggested us to do operation to remove lump but my friend is not ready for the operation. Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

They didn't mention regarding the size of the lump. If the patient is old and symptomatic and the size of the uterus is more than 10wks, I would advise Pap smear, D&C and surgery. If the patient young and size of the lump small you can go with medical Rx. It all depends on the size, symptoms and age.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
