Hello

Up to 5 pus cells are acceptable in urine. If it is more than five then it may suggest urinary tract infection(UTI).
Your findings may indicate UTI.
You may need proper clinical examination and routine investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogram, random blood sugar, renal function test,Urine culture and sensitivity, ultrasound of abdomen.

You may need to take antibiotics based on culture and sensitivity report.
You should drink plenty of water.
I also prescribe alkalizing syrup to my patients.

Get well soon.
Take Care
