What Does This Urine Sample Test Report Indicate?

Dear Doctor,
From the urine M/C/S report, the Epith cell reads 2-3/hpf and Puss cell reads 3-6 hpf how terrible is the level of infection and is it possible to have done any damage to any of my internal organ example, the kidney i do not know i long it's been there till this urine test.

I understand stand your concern
Compare your urine report with normal urine report

Epithelial cell :5-10/hpf_________________2-3_normal
Pus cell: up to 5 /hpf____________________3-6__may be normal/abnormal.
If you have not any symptoms like pain during urination, frequency of urine, lower abdomen pain then it is absolutely normal.
It is just mild urinary tract infections.
Accurate is culture report so infection can be decide from the culture report.
If you have above symptoms then take following medicines:
Tablet septran, nitrozolium, pyridium and syrup cital.

General advise is:
Drink plenty of water and juice of cranberry, orange and pine apple.
Do not delay in empty the bladder and empty the bladder completely.
Maintain proper pelvic hygiene.
Just be relax it is not serious damage or issue.
