What Does This Urine Culture Test Report Indicate?

Hi. My son had his urine culture test and the report says GRAM STAIN - 2-4 Pus cells, occasional epithelial cells and Gram negative bacilli were seen. ISOLATE-1 - Escherichia coli, Colony Count 1,00,000/ml. What does it mean? My son does not have or feel any complications while urination or no pain in his bladder area.
