What Does This Urine Culture Report Indicate?

Hi. I am a 29 yo female. I got my urine tested for routine tests as suggested by my gynae after i suffered from itching and burning sensation while passing urine. There were 15-18 pus cells and 2-3 epithelial cells hpf reported. I was then recommended to have my urine cultutred. The final report of urine culture said that No aerobic pyogenic organisms grown . Is it possible to get no growth during urine culture when 15-18 pus cells were already there in urine? Kindly help!
