Hi there. The results do indicate that you have a high possibility of a Urinary tract infection. Bacteria not present but still you nees to get a culture done to see what it grows.
Also an ultrasound scan of the abdomen is indicated to see if you have any collection of pus in your kidneys since pain in the back is one of your complaints.
The albumin being positive in your urine could be because of the infection itself but also get your fasting blood sugars done to rule out diabetes.
You need to start an antibiotic for the infection-(after you have given a urine sample for culture and sensitivity) a broad spectrum one like Floroquinolone class like Ofloxacin 200mg twice daily or a 3rd generation Cephalosporin like Cefixime 200mg twice daily until your culture reports come. Having said that ideally you need to follow up with your physician in person so that yiu start therapy early before complications happen.
As far as your pregnancy query - the easiest thing you can do is get a Urine Pregnancy test done. That should be good enough.
Hope this helps.
