What Does This Urine Analysis Indicate?

My father's Urine Examination Report shows :-
Leucocytes (Pus Cells) : 14 - 15 / HPF
Erythrocytes (Red Cells) : Plenty / HPF
Epithelial Cell : 9 - 10 / HPF
Casts + Crystals + Amorphous + Bacteria + Monilia are all NIL
What can be understood from this. What medication should be started immediately

Hello

Your findings suggests urinary tract infection(UTI).
UTI is indicated by presence of excessive pus cells,RBC,bacteria in urine.

You need clinical correlation and investigations like routine hemogram,renal function test,Urine culture and sensitivity and Ultrasound of abdomen.
Epithelial cells,casts,crystals are normally seen in urine.

Nitrite test and Leukocyte esterase test can be done for confirmation of UTI.
Proper antibiotics should be prescribed after culture and sensitivity report.
You should drink plenty of fluids.
