What Does This Urinalysis Report Signify?

I am 48 years old male from Philippines. My latest lab results on my urinalysis: color-yellow; character is turbid; PH 8; sp. gravity is 1.005; negative for protein and glucose. WBC 0-2/HPF; RBC 15-20/HPF and amorphous material - plenty. How is the interpretation of this kind specially that of my RBC? Thank you
