What Does This Urinalysis Report Mean?

Hello sir/ma am my mother had a fever yesterday and she felt difficulty in urination. Today we got her urinalysis and based on the result: Albumin: ++ PUS Cells: loaded/ hpf RBC: 2 - 4/hpf Epithelial cells: ++ Bacteria: +++ Mucus Threads: ++ Amorphous Urates: +++

Hi,
Report shows that there is acute bacterial urinary tract infection showing plenty of pus cells, bacteria and albumin.
She might require one course of antibiotic medicine.
Give her plenty of water to flush out infection.
Ok and take care.
