What Does This Urinalysis Report Indicate?
my 13 year old son had pain on the LUQ on palpation which prompted a urine dip and showed 3+ protein. 2 week later protein in urine is still elevated. Labs show WBC 2.4, slight decrease in H/H, seg neut 20, lymphocytes 64, anc 0.5, Ige 356, urine protein 100. No symptoms or signs of infection.

The symptoms seem to be related to proteinuria and a urinary tract infection.
I suggest using antibiotics to treat the infection such as Ciprofloxacin.
I also suggest to drink liquids and especially cranberry juice.
I recommend checking the kidney function through examinations.
