What Does This Urinalysis Regarding Discomfort While Urinating Indicate?

I am 41 years old. I went to my urologist for occasional discomfort when urinating, occasional hesitancy, and at times difficulty emptying my bladder. I had a urine cytology: Findings are... Negative for malignant cells urothelial cells are present predominantly squamous cells are present Urinalysis showed cloudy appearance, wbc 11-30, specific gravity =1.030, mucous threads present, no bacteria what does this mean? Do I have cancer? Very scared!

Urothelial cells are normal lining of urethra and bladder and consist of squamous epithelial cells. And they are routinely secreted in urine. So nothing to worry for urothelial cell. For WBC I think you are having Urinary tract Infection which causes the symptoms. So you should take antibiotics like cefixim and levofloxacin.
