What Does This Urinalysis Indicate?

I just got a urinalysis from a express.care facility, my glucose level was 500 mg/slots. What now? I am a type 2 diabetic taking Glyburide/metformin 2 pills am 2 pm. Do you think this means insulin shots for me? I am on fixed income and cannot afford those expensive tests.

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Your urine sugar level is very high. You should go for fasting and post postprandial blood sugar level. Then you should take anti diabetic treatment accordingly. Either increase the dosage of your oral anti diabetic drugs or insulin injection can be helpful. Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have any doubts then contact me at bit.ly/Drsanghvihardik, I will be happy to answer you.
