What does this ultrasound test result mean?

Hello, good Day. I gave birth two months ago through c-section and my doctor Just prescibed mesygina contraceptive injection for me to use. I have started menstruating yet So i Will like to know if it s ok for me to Start taking the injection or should i wait for my period to Start flowing before i taking it. Please tell me what to do. You can take it now.

It varies from patient to patient about when they start menstruating after delivery.

Sometimes it happens that the woman ovulates before the first cycle starts and she gets pregnant before the actual first cycle starts.

So, better to start taking the injection now.
