What Does This Ultrasound Test Result For Cervix Indicate?

Hi my girlfriend went to the lady doctor today becouse of an abnormal pap. They said her cervix was bulging bleeding and that it was veiny. I m not sure what to make of this she s scarred it s cancer as I m sure many people would. I just want a truthful opinion. Is it cancer could it be something else

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
By the history and report what you have posted, it is difficult to say weather it is cervical cancer or not. But there is definitely some abnormality in her cervix.
Since her PAP smear is not normal, she needs to undergo cervical biopsy and its histopathology investigation. Based on biopsy report, it would be ideal to tell weather she has cancer or something else. After that further management can be planned.
