General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Dilated ventricles in baby at 20 weeks intrauterine period, might be related to obstruction at the drainage sinuses or certain space occupying lesion compressing the ventricles outflow as part of developmental disorder. The therapy depends upon the type of underlying pathology as that of obstructive or non obstructive pattern. Kindly discuss the report with treating neonatologist or expert neurosurgeon for best guidelines in this direction.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
