Dr, i am 34 yrs old. married for 13 years .i have no children. last week i checked usg sacan. there mentioned dominant follicle in right overy. Left ovarian cyst HAEMORRHAGIC CYST... OVARIES AND ADNEXA: RIGHT OVERY AOOEARS NORMAL IN SIZE, SHAPE AND EXCHOTEXTURE MEASURES 27*17MM.SHOWS AN EXOPHYTIC FOLLICLE 28*17MM. LEFT OVERY MEASURES 27*15MM , SHOWS AN EXOPHYSIT CYST MEASURING 43*35MM WITH INTERNAL DEBRIS ,NO SOLID COMPONENTS/INCREASED VASCULARITY. WHAT DO MEAN THE SCAN REPORT..ANY PROBLAMS..PLEASE REPLAY DR?
