What Does This Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?

today i went for ultrasound scan i want to get pregent so the below report received today please let me know can i get pregnent this month transvaginal examinationof pelvis has been done urinary bladder:empty uterus measures 50 40 32 mm it shows normal size shape and echotexture. no focal lesion seen endometerial thickness is 06mm(1st visit) right overy measure 33x14mm left overy;33x11mm both overies:shows multiple irregular arranged follicles evidence of free fluid in the pouch of douglas (pod) bilateral adenexa appears normal no evidence of any mass lesion date 21.06.15 day of cycle 11th day right ovary 14x13mm left ovary 13x10mm endometrium thickness 06mm remarks minimal free fluid in the pod

I really appreciate your concern, as long as the pregnancy is concern it depends upon some compatibility like presence of ovum and sperm at the time of coitus and this is the very important one and not the report given here, more over pregnancy is more natural phenomenon some time it may not be possible even after everything are normal one and some time it happens even with obvious abnormality, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
