What Does This Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?

Results from Ultrasound on twin pregnancy (week 19 and 3 days) through int l surrogacy (surrogate 32 yo, used an egg donor), has us concerned with the growth of Fetus B. (est fetal body weight=196 grams, BDF=45 mm=19 wks 5day, H=165 mm=19 wks 2 day, AC=144 mm=19 wks 5 days, FL=29 mm =19 wks 2 day (Fetus A s est. body weight=294 grams, BDF 44mm=19 wks 3 day, HC=162 mm=19 weeks, AC=144 mm=19 wks 5 day, FL=30 mm=19 wks 2 day) Should we be concerned? Any recommendations you could provide? Thank you.

I have gone through your ultrasound report and it appears to be completely normal.
Both the twins have normal growth parameters and there gestational age is corresponding to the duration of the pregnancy. There is no need to worry at the moment.

I would suggest you consult your local obstetrician for clinical evaluation and further management accordingly.
