What Does This Ultrasound Scan Of Uterus Indicate?

pls,wat does this scan result means. The uterus is anteverted,non-gravid and non-bulky showing regular and consistent uterine outline. it measures 55mm AP diameter. Myomerical pattern is uniform and homogenous. No evidence of intra/extra uterine gestation. Endometrial plate is thickened. Both Adnexea are free. No myoma. No retained matter. Much fluid collection in the pouch of Douglas. Impression -Acyesis -Severe chronic PID. Advised for HVS for M/C/S test.

Hello

Your findings suggest chronic pelvic inflammatory disease(PID).PID is indicated by excess fluid in POD.
Your findings need clinical correlation and further investigations like routine hemogram,random blood sugar,HVS (high vaginal swab) for microscopic examination.
You may need definitive treatment like antibiotics or anti-tubercular etc.

Other findings are normal.Uterus appears normal.Endometrial thickness is also normal.
Endometrial cavity is empty and there are no signs of pregnancy in present study.
