What Does This Ultrasound Result For Abdominal Pain Indicate?

US ABDOMEN of 04-JUN-2015: ULTRASOUND - UPPER ABDOMEN: CLINICAL REMARKS: Abdominal pain.FINDINGS:Normal liver size measuring 13 cm. and showing slightly coarse echo-texture and mild fatty change, no definite focal lesion identified. No intra-hepatic duct dilatation. Normal gallbladder, no calculi are seen. Normal CBD and portal vein caliber. The spleen and pancreas are unremarkable. Both kidneys are normal in size and echo-texture with preserved cortico-medullary differentiation. Mild calyceal fullness appreciated bilaterally, no calculi are seen.THIS IS MY ULTRASOUND ABDOMEN,IS IT COMPLICATED AND I AM TENSED

the report is normal so there is nothing to be tensed about. only a mild fat deposit is there in the liver. so you have to avoid high fat diet and reduce alcohol intake.
