What Does This Ultrasound Report Suggest?
Hi I am pragnant show in blood test & urine test But now my doctor do ultra sound & says endometrium thickness is 17.7 mm Endometrium show low resistance flow & a tiny fluid pocket (4mm).Right ovary shows small CL Cyst of size 24×17 mm Imp: mild endometrial thickening ( possible RPOC S) What is the meaning of above My pragnancy is safe or not

please don't worry. your pregnancy is safe.
you are having ovarian cyst.
pregnancy is a high hormone state and due to increased hormones the cyst develops. we just have to wait and watch. in case the cyst size increases or symptoms like pain in abdomen appears only then we need to start you on medication. so just relax and follow up with your obs. he may go in for repeat ultrasound in days to come just to see the change in size.
