What Does This Ultrasound Report Of Testicle Mean?
My ultrasound report indicates that my small epididymal head cysts bilaterally is 4mm measuring at left and right should i be concerned about that like surgery or something my family doctor said you wouldnt need a surgery no signs of cancer or blockage
Hi, Welcome to HCM. Well, small cysts in epidydimis does not cause any harm and dies not require surgery immediately. Your doctor also has advised it rightly. Keep a follow upbof getting scan once in 2 years to know weather it is increasing in size or has remained same. If it is same, no need to bother. But if it has increased in size or number or if it becomes infected and you start feeling lump or dragging sensation, then visit Surgeon and get evaluated and treated. Wish you good health.
