What Does This Ultrasound Report Of Abdomen Specify?
Hi Doctor am 30yrs old, have never had children and I have been having some recurrent virginal infection and lower abdominal pain I was asked to have an abdominopelvic USS please what does the following result mean; A fairly rounded hypoechoic nodule is seen in the anterior myometrium causing inhomogeneity of myometrial echoes at that region. the endometrial plate is intact (measures 11.3mm in thickness). there is an oval shaped mixed echogenic mass seen in the left adnexae. please is this going to affect my chances of having kids?
