What does this ultrasound report mean?

Uterus is normal in size and measures 9.7 x 5.1 x 5.9 cm in size. Uterus shows heterogeneous echotexture and shows a small 7 mm size fibroid in the posterior uterine wall. Endometrial echo stripe is minimally thickened and measures about 1 cm with minimal fluid in the endometrium. Both ovaries appear normal in size with normal blood flow. No free fluid seen in the pelvis. No abnormal adnexal masses are seen.

Hi,

This USG is not in normal range and first of thing is for better correlation give your other history. Age and menstrual history. Thus, USG shows fibroid but good thing is it is posterior and size is small and need treatment when is giving any symptoms and endometrial thickening is not a major issues it might be normal and edema of fluid is there it is variations in various phases of menstrual cycle.
