Both the mentioned condition in the liver is Benign tumour and so don't worry about that.
But for further workup, you need to get investigated with MRI scan of the abdomen.
If needed CT guided biopsy can be planned for confirmation of diagnosis if your doctor found it.
You need to consult a gastro surgeon for detailed evaluation.
