Report (dt. 9 Mar 2017) says the following: By - Dr. Sanjay Kothari, MD Radiologist Patient Name - Ms Renu Agarwal, Age 50 years Investigation : USG of Pelvis with TVS (Screening bed side) Urinary Bladder: Normal distention, normal wall thickness. No definite obvious sizeable calculus visualised. Uterus: Low lying (history of prolapse). Bulky in size (101*69 mm). Few appx 45-55 mm sized hypoechoic SOL are noted in anterior and posterior fundus region - fibroids. Endometrium is normal in thickness and echotextures. Ovaries: Left ovary is normal in size and echotextures. An appx 82*62 mm sized mixed cystic lesion is noted at right adnexa with elongated cystic structure within - possibly right tubo-ovarian complex. Kindly advice on the following- 1. Further treatment to be carried out; 2. Word of caution if any; Thanks in advance.

Prolapse can be managed by surgery. There is presence of tubo-ovarian complex or mass also. Tubo-ovarian complex or mass usually occurs due to pelvic inflammatory disease. You need to consult your gynecologist for further management.
