What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

could someone explain whats the meaning below diagnosis With opened endocervical canal. Within the anteverted uterine corpus is a single, well decidualized, low lying gestational sac. It means sac diameter is 1.25 cm. Embryo and yolk sac are not yet visir. No subchorionic hemorrhage.

The ultrasound report shows presence of single pregnancy.
However, the embryo and yolk sac are still not visible.
There is no hemorrhage in or near the gestation sac.

HI
in uterine cavity, a sac is observed.now what was the last menstrual period date?
the sac is not much developed for seeing the embryo.(it can happen if there are very few days of missed period )
