What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

38Y. 3 children with tube ligation. Right ovary 5.2 x 3.6 x 5x7. call me. Vol 5.5 Dominant Follicles within the right ovary measuring a maximum dimension 2.6 x 2.2 x 2.6 cm. Left ovary 6.4 x 2.8 x 3.8 call me, vol 36cc normal sonographuc appearance with follicular activitie. I m late in my period 9days and had a lot of discomfort w lower back, and abdominal pain. Dizziness and tender breast. I feel that my lower abdomen is little distended.

Hi,

I think you have got a cyst on left side. That may be the reason of delayed menses. What you can do is to do a urine pregnancy test just because sometimes there is failure of ligation. But if it's negative you can wait for your periods or you can take some medicines to have periods. If the cyst is follicular or simple cyst, it will disappear on its own.
