What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

I m 41. 2015 dx with stage 3 lobular Breast cancer. Right side mastectomy, 8 chemo (A-T-C) tx and 28 radiation tx later I begin Tamoxifen. 12 months later, (18 months without a period), I start vaginal bleeding. Ultrasound defines a 26mm uterine wall and ovarian cysts on both overlies. Biopsies were taken of my uterus and I m waiting for results. Is the very thick uterine wall significant to suggesting cancer? What is the usual treatment for this?
