I understand your concern.
Based on the
ultrasound report you have enclosed, it is suggesting that there are multiple follicles present in the right ovary. The progress of the largest follicle towards maturation seems to be slow.
Also, there are no obvious follicles noted in the left ovary.
The other parameters pertaining to
uterus, endometrium, ovaries and adjoining tissues appear to be normal.
Probably, you may need to time your intercourse by means of
follicular study. In case it does not materialize, it needs to be evaluated further and you may need
ovulation induction drugs for proper maturation of follicles and release of ovum in time.
Kindly consult Gynaecologist with the report for clinical evaluation and management.
