What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Ultrasound report shows that there is a single intrauterine fetus cephalic at the time of examination w/good cardiac activity and fetal movements have noted normal placental implantation and maturity, normohydramnious, placenta is posterior in location w/ 0 graded changes, without evidence of previa.. Is it ok?
