Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
The ultrasound report shows several fibroids in the uterus.
Fibroids are the benign masses in the uterus, which cause excessive bleeding during periods and pain in the lower abdomen.
There is a simple cyst in left ovary, which is unlikely to cause any problem and can resolve on it's own in subsequent cycles.
Liver enlargement may be due to fatty infiltration.
She should take proper treatment for it.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
