Hello, I am a 30 year old man with left side recurred extensive varicocele after a high ligation and my doppler scrotal ultrasound has repeatedly showed chronic calcification of the epididymis with mimimal scrotal sac fluid on the right side. I had no symptoms as far as I can recall.I have also problems with conception. what do you suggest?

welcome to Health care magic.
1.Left sided extensive varicose - dilated tortious vessels in pampini form plexus.
2.Chronic calcifications noted in the epididymis - likely due to the chronic infection / post infective aetiology.
3. Minila fluid in the tunica vaginalis -scrotal sac HYDROCELE minimal.
4.Yes varicose vein is one of the cause of infertility.
5.Get your sperm test done and if adequate - go for a assisted fertilisation.
Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
