Infectious Diseases Specialist 's  Response
Hello ,
I understand your concern.
I am Dr. Arun Tank, infectious disease specialist, answering your concern.

IUGR is the term used for intrauterine growth retardation of the baby. which means your baby has not developed proper growth in the womb.

It lies oblique with cephalic presentation. Means babies head is down but it is not vertical and lies obliquely in the womb.

Cisterna magna is the skull opening which allows the spinal cord to connect to the brain. Usually it is not dialeted but in your baby it is dialeted.

I advice you to check for the further congenital malformation if any present in your baby. This will requires to do with tri hormone tests, 4D sonography etc.

This will help you to decide about the actual status of the baby.

I will be happy to answer your further concern you can contact me here or you can contact me on bit.ly/DrArun
