What Does This Ultra Sound Scan Report Of Uterus Indicate?

The uterus measures 9.8 x8.4cm (LSXAP) and shows a lobulated margin. Multiple round hypoechoic masses of varying sizes are noted within its myometrium. The largest measure 3.9x3.9, 2x1.4m within d anterior wall and 4.3x3.3cm posteriorly. Please Dr. What does it mean? Thank you.

Welcome at HCM
I have gone through your query and being your physician I completely understand your health concerns..
What is your age? Are you pregnant ? Is there any history of heavy periods?
In my opinion the ultrasound reports about the fibroids in the uterus. Its a benign tumor of the uterus. All you need is to stay calm and consult your gynaecologist for proper management.
Hope your query is adequately answered
