hello sir ,there is taken one test serology test.what does it mean? and it s result is .salomonella typhi o 1:20 =+ ,1:40=+ ,1:80=+ ,1:160=+,1:320= - salomonella typhi H 1:20=+ ,1:40=+, 1:80= -, 1:160= - ,1:320= - paratyphi AH 1:20=+ , 1:40=+ , , , BH , , , , . please doctor tell me what does it mean ? it s my nephew report he is 18 years old.

Understand your concern
You have typhoid test positive as result suggest:
salomonella typhi o 1:20 =+ ,1:40=+ ,1:80=+ ,1:160=+,1:320= -
It indicate active infection.
#Consult the MD physician and take proper treatment.
Take following advice:
Tablet azithromycin.
Tablet paracetamol, keep the body hydrated by drinking plenty of waters.
Avoid outside food and water.
Drink lukewarm water. Eat light food.
Other treatment will depends on the symptoms.
Repeat the test after 1 week to know the status of infection and treatment response.
