What Does This Transvaginal Ultrasound Report Mean?

good day to doc, yesterday i went to ultrasound clinic and i have this transvaginal ultrasound..it said in the result that BOTH OVARIES ARE NORMAL WITH FOLLICLES ( LARGEST MEAS 1.5x1.4x1.3 cm in the right.) what does it means? do i have a cyst or what?

The interpretation of the information provided by you in the transvaginal ultrasound report suggests that your ovaries and follicles are alright.
It suggests that your ovulation is proper.
There is no mentione about cysts. Hence you need not be worried about it.
