General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello thank you for approaching HCM.I understand your concerns.

The ultrasound report of your pelvis indicates that there is a possible pathology in endometrium.
Endometrium is one of the 3 layers of the uterus.
It is the inner most layer which changes its size according to the date of your menstrual cycle.
This layer will be maximum in size just before you get periods. During menstruation it will shedoff and from 5 th day on words it starts growing.
The size will depends on the day of your cycle.
This size is mainly effected by hormonal levels.
If you have any clinical symptoms like pain, heavy bleeding ,irregular periods,
Then you should get endometrial biopsy done.
This will indicated any pathology.
All the other parameters are in normal range.

Consult a gynic if you have any other symptoms and get a complete treatment.

Hope this will help you.
Thank you.
