What Does This Transvaginal Ultrasound Of Uterus Indicate?

Hi Im Nanette, My Transvaginal ultrasound says Normal size uterus with intramural myoma in the anterior wall of the corpus. Thickened endometrium and probable endometrial fluid or cyst. Nabothian cysts. Normal size left ovary with cyst, probably follicular cyst, Unremarkable sonogram of the right ovary. Pls help me understand the results. Thank you

Hi dear and thanks for your query.

As per your report everything is normal ,except of intramural myoma.
Small intramural myoma have no issue .
Only have ultrasound examination done every year to check the size of it.
Nabothian cysts have no issue.
