hi! i am a menopause 56 yr old woman who had an TVS that gave an impression of: normal size retroverted non-gravid uterus with a small subserous myoma, Intact thin endometrial stripe of 0.3cm thickness A follicular right ovary Sonographically normal adnexae and posterior cul de sac small nabothian cyst , Cervix Remarks: please correlate clinically what does it mean?

Your transvaginal scan is suggestive of a normal post menopausal uterus and ovaries with no problem. A small myoma and nabothian cyst are incidental findings. If you are not experiencing any problem like pain , bleeding, spotting etc then you can just continue with your routine checkup.Hope you enjoy a healthy menopause :)
